paulkmoore@aol.com Paul has been appraising real estate since 1976. He has
a wide range of expertise in order to meet the varying demands of today's
market. He has designed his team of appraisers to offer clients a full
range of commercial and residential appraisal services.
Thirty-two years experience in appraising property types which
include: single family, multi-family, automobile dealerships, financial
institutions, condos, office buildings, industrial/manufacturing facilities,
warehouses, and various retail and lodging facilities. Paul has been
a South Carolina licensed real estate broker since 1981 and a member
of the Appraisal Institute since 1983 (MAI).
Paul has been past president of the Charleston Chapter of Society of
Real Estate and past president of the South Carolina Chapter of the Appraisal
Institute. He has also served on the Charleston County Board of Assessment
Appeals. Paul is currently a member of the Charleston Trident Board of
Realtors.
Francis B. Kerr, Jr., I.F.A.

Francis has been appraising commercial and residential properties
for lenders, businesses, attorneys and others for over 25 years. He has been a licensed real estate broker since 1974, is a member of the Charleston Trident Board of Realtors and has a lifetime of real estate experience in the Charleston Tri-County Community.
His real estate experience includes building, sales and appraising. He is a professional who focuses on industrial, varying types of office and retail, vacant land and subdivision development appraisals. He holds the IFAS designation and is past president of the Charleston Chapter of he National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers and has served on national committees of the N.A.I.F.A. He is through and is always expanding his sources of information and technology.
Christopher Hill

Christopher is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser
who specializes in commercial real estate valuation. Mr. Hill is a graduate
of Clemson University who has twelve years of real estate appraisal
experience. He spent five years appraising in the Charlotte, North Carolina
market before his move to the Charleston area in 1998. Mr. Hill is certified
by the State of South Carolina to appraise all types of real estate.
A. Gantt Folline, III

A. (Gantt) Folline, III, graduated from The Citadel in 1991 with a B.A.
in History. His real estate career includes 2 years experience as a property
manager with Colliers Keenan of Charleston, LLC, managing commercial
contract properties and 2 years experience in commercial leasing and
sales. Gantt is an certified appraiser specializing in non-residential
properties.
Gantt later joined the firm of Paul K. Moore and Associates, Inc., as
an apprentice appraiser. He has been with the firm for 6 years and has
appraised
all types of commercial properties including golf courses,
bank branches, industrial warehouses, commercial land, office buildings/condominiums,
retail developments (existing and proposed), and a myriad
of other commercial properties.
James Martin

James Martin is an Certified appraiser who specializes in commercial
real estate valuation and consulting. James is a 1998 graduate of Oglethorpe
University in Atlanta, GA. After spending a couple years in the Atlanta
area, James moved to Charleston where he has been with
Paul K Moore and Associates since late 2002. James specializes in land
appraisals, offices, retail, light industrial buildings, and apartments.
P. Kendall Moore, Jr.

Kendall is a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser working throughout the Tri-County Area. He is a 2003 graduate
of Clemson University where he earned a B.S. degree in Industrial Management.
Kendall specializes in vacant commercial land, office condos,
home-office conversions, multi-tenant buildings, and retail
facilities. He utilizes the extensive resources in our office in order to give
him an advantage in his knowledge of the market. |
