Paul has been appraising real estate since 1976. He has
a wide range of expertise in order to meet the varying demands of today's
market. He has designed his team of appraisers to offer clients a full
range of commercial and residential appraisal services.
Thirty-two years experience in appraising property types which
include: single family, multi-family, automobile dealerships, financial
institutions, condos, office buildings, industrial/manufacturing facilities,
warehouses, and various retail and lodging facilities. We also have appraised 901F Courses in South Carolina, North Carolina and Virginia. Paul has been
a South Carolina licensed real estate broker since 1981 and a member
of the Appraisal Institute since 1983 (MAI).
Paul has been past president of the Charleston Chapter of Society of
Real Estate and past president of the South Carolina Chapter of the Appraisal
Institute. He has also served on the Charleston County Board of Assessment
Appeals. Paul is currently a member of the Charleston Trident Board of
Realtors.
Francis B. Kerr, Jr., I.F.A.S.

Francis Kerr has been appraising commercial and residential properties for 30 years. He has experience appraising industrial, office and retail properties. He is also experienced in appraising vacant land and proposed development. He has been a licensed real estate broker since 1974 and has been appraising properties since 1982.
Francis has appraised special use properties such as churches, theaters and residential care facilities as well as right-of-ways and condemnations. He holds the IFA designation from the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers. He has served as the president of the Charleston Chapter of the N.A.I.F.A. and has served on national committees. Francis is a 30 year member of the Charleston Trident Board of Realtors..
Francis has appraised real estate within the entire state, but is especially experienced in appraising properties along the coastal counties of South Carolina. He is thorough and is always expanding his sources of information and technology.
A. Gantt Folline, III

A. (Gantt) Folline, III, graduated from The Citadel in 1991 with a B.A.
in History. His real estate career includes 2 years experience as a property
manager with Colliers Keenan of Charleston, LLC, which has now merged and is part of the Colliers International Global Real Estate Firm. Gantt spend several years managing commercial contract properties including retail centers, office buildings and shopping centers. In addition, he was a leasing and sales agent with Colliers Keenan, LLC representing clients with acquisition and leasing of commercial properties including office and retail space in addition to industrial sites.
Gantt is licensed in the state of South Carolina as a certified general real estate appraiser and has been appraising commercial properties at Paul K. Moore & Associates, LLC for over 10 years joining the firm in 2001. In addition, he is a licensed sales agent, but maintains his status as "inactive" to concentrate solely on valuation of real property. He has appraised a myriad of property types including but not limited to commercial and industrial land, golf courses, residential subdivisions, equestrian facilities, office buildings, retail shopping and strip centers, industrial buildings, including big box distribution and warehouses, flex buildings, office and retail condominiums, multi-family land, proposed and existing apartment and residential conominium buildings, proposed commercial developments, bank branches and hotels. Mr. Folline has appraised commercial property for private parties, commercial lenders, businesses, attorneys, financial services and accounting firms, and numerous other entities. James Martin is an Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with licenses in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. He has over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in commerical real estate appraisals and consulting involving all property types including multifamily, office retail, industrial, lodging facilities, residential developments and special-purpose proerties such as churches, oil terminals, gas stations/convenience stores, restaurant facilities and airplane hangars. James recently earned his MAI designation in 2011.
James in a 1998 graduate of Oglethrope University in Atlanta, Georgia and lives in Mount Pleasant with his wife, Julie and two children, Luke (2007) and Avery (2009).
Clark Truluck

Clark Truluck is a Licensed South Carolina Real Estate Apprentice Appraiser who has been working with Paul K. Moore & Associates since August of 2010. Clark was born and raised in Pawleys Island, South Carolina and graduated from Charleston Southern University in 2006 with a B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. He is an associate member of the Appraisal Institute and has three years of appraising experience, specializing in commercial land, recreation tract, office building/condominiumns, retail, light industrial buildings and other assorted commercial properties.
Robert "Tripp" Terry, III
Robert "Tripp Terry III has been a Licensed Apprentice Appraiser working for Paul K. Moore & Associates, Inc. since March of 2010. Mr. Terry graduated from the College of Charleston in May of 2007 with a B. S. in Business Administration and a Marketing concentration. He is a native of Raleigh, North Carolina. Mr. Terry has been around the appraisal business for most of his life as his parents own an appraisal and consulting firm in Raleigh. Tripp is currently working towards becoming a Certified General Appraiser. His appraisal experience includes single and multi-family residential properties, vacant land, 901F Courses, farm/recreational tracts, medical and office facilities, warehouses, retail properties, churches and institutional properties. |
