Paul K. Moore & Associates, Inc. was incorporated in January 1992. We currently service the Greater Charleston Metropolitan area, as well as other areas in the state of South Carolina. Our appraisers are all qualified and are State Licensed and Certified Residential and General Certified Appraisers. We excel by exceeding the minimum licensing educational requirements, and have completed numerous educational courses.  Individual appraisers hold various designations that have been awarded by professional institutions, including The Appraisal Institute and The National Association of Real Estate Appraisers. These designations are awarded only after stringent requirements are met. These requirements include educational courses, experience, and submitting of appraisal reports for professional review. 

With focus on commercial and land appraisal, we appraise all types of multi-family, commercial and industrial property. Our commercial reports range from limited scope format to very detailed narrative reports, with all supporting exhibits. Our clients include many of the most recognized firms in the nation as well as banks, attorneys, government agencies, in addition to clients.
